Young 11 year old boy who fends for his family
The mother of these is is said to be mentally unstable therefore useless ....
But the eldest child who is just 11 years of age is said to be going around begging on the street and dancing in beer parlous for money to fend for his family...
The family of five (5) were spotted by 10:15 pm yesterday night sleeping on the cement floors of 202rd E close .....
I as a blogger I am begging the Goverment local/state/federal to please do something about this....
